Changes to Support Programs Clause Samples

The "Changes to Support Programs" clause defines the process and conditions under which modifications can be made to the support services provided under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how either party may propose changes, the required notice period, and any approval or documentation procedures that must be followed. For example, it may allow the service provider to update the scope of technical support or adjust service hours, provided they inform the client in advance. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility for both parties to adapt support offerings as needs evolve, while ensuring that such changes are communicated and agreed upon to prevent misunderstandings.
