Severance Period For purposes of this Agreement, “Severance Period” means the period of time commencing immediately after Executive’s separation of service from the Company through the date that is six (6) months following such separation date, plus an additional two (2) months for every fully completed Year of Service; provided, however, that in all cases the Severance Period will end no later than on the twelve (12)-month anniversary of the date of Executive’s termination of employment.
CHANGING OR TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT As permitted by law, the Credit Union may change the terms of this Agreement and any attached Disclosure from time to time. Notice of any change will be given in accordance with applicable law. If permitted by law and specified in the notice to you, the change will apply to your existing account balance as well as to future transactions.
What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:
Changing Contact Information Either party may change its contact information for receiving written notices and communications regarding the Master Agreement by providing notice of such change to the other party pursuant to this Section 20.
