Channel Monitoring. EBC shall provide the necessary personnel and equipment at the Teleport for monitoring the transmission of the Content at the Beginning Demarcation Point to the Ending Demarcation Point on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (24 x 7) basis. EBC will monitor the Content and communicate with Customer regarding any technical problems in connection with the Content.
Channel Monitoring. EHC shall provide the necessary personnel and equipment at the Teleport for monitoring the transmission of the Content at the Beginning Demarcation Point to the Ending Demarcation Point on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (24 x 7) basis. EHC will monitor the Content and communicate with Customer regarding any technical problems in connection with the Content.
Channel Monitoring. The condition of the restored bank shall be monitored in years 1 through 5 to assess whether substantial erosion has occurred following bank armoring, which would compromise the bank. Signs of instability, including rills, gullies, slumping, rotational failures, or toe of bank undercutting, shall be noted. If the right bank shows evidence of instability, a stabilization contingency plan shall be developed to stabilize the right bank. The stabilization contingency plan, including a monitoring plan, shall be submitted to the Executive Officer within 12 months of detecting signs of bank instability and shall be implemented in the first dry season after receiving written approval from the Executive Officer. After the stabilization contingency plan is implemented, the stabilization measures shall be monitored for a minimum of five years (33 CFR Section 332.6);

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Project Monitoring The Developer shall provide regular status reports to the NYISO in accordance with the monitoring requirements set forth in the Development Schedule, the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process Manual and Attachment Y of the OATT.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.

  • ANALYSIS AND MONITORING The Custodian shall (a) provide the Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager or investment adviser) with an analysis of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with the Eligible Securities Depositories set forth on Schedule B hereto in accordance with section (a)(1)(i)(A) of Rule 17f-7, and (b) monitor such risks on a continuing basis, and promptly notify the Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager or investment adviser) of any material change in such risks, in accordance with section (a)(1)(i)(B) of Rule 17f-7.
