Channels of Communication. 8.01 All correspondence between the parties will pass to and from the President of the Union and the Associate Vice President of Human Resources of the University or designated Human Resources Consultant, with a copy to the Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and General Office of the Union and to other individuals directly concerned in the matter.
Channels of Communication. The division leader shall be the first echelon of communication for any or all types of problems originating in any of the four buildings. If satisfactory solutions are not obtained at this level, then the building principal shall be informed of the problem and his/her assistance requested in finding a satisfactory solution. If satisfactory solutions are not obtained at this level, then the superintendent shall be informed of the problem and his/her assistance requested in finding a satisfactory solution. If a satisfactory answer is still unobtainable, the problem may be brought before the Board for its consideration. This communication procedure shall be followed by an individual member of the faculty or by a group of faculty members. In unusual situations this procedure may not apply and judgmental factors as to whom to contact initially may be exercised by individual faculty members. At each step the teacher shall receive an answer within five (5) school days except that a requested Board hearing shall occur at the first regular Board meeting after the request. At the request of the teacher, a written answer shall be provided at any step. The teacher, upon request, shall present the problem in writing. No section of this Agreement precludes the Board of Education from discussing any facet of the educational program with groups of teachers or with an individual teacher on an informal or formal basis. Teachers or groups of teachers may be asked to make formal reports to the Board of Education.
Channels of Communication. For the purpose of this Treaty, the Parties shall communicate with each other through the diplomatic channels, unless otherwise provided for in this Treaty.
