CHAPERONES Sample Clauses

The CHAPERONES clause establishes requirements or permissions regarding the presence of chaperones during certain activities or interactions, typically to ensure safety, propriety, or compliance with organizational policies. In practice, this clause may specify when a chaperone must be present, who qualifies as a chaperone, and the responsibilities of both the chaperone and the parties involved. Its core function is to provide oversight and protection for participants, thereby reducing the risk of misconduct or misunderstandings during sensitive or regulated situations.
