CHAPERONING Clause Samples

The chaperoning clause establishes requirements for the presence of a designated individual, known as a chaperone, during certain interactions or activities, typically to ensure safety, propriety, or compliance with policy. In practice, this clause may apply to situations such as medical examinations, meetings involving minors, or other sensitive contexts, where a third party is required to observe or participate. Its core function is to protect all parties involved by providing oversight, reducing the risk of misconduct, and ensuring transparency during potentially vulnerable interactions.
