Chat Service. Chat is a membership subscription Service comprised of third party integrated multipurpose Servers for you to use, if you wish to access your clients remotely using video/media capabilities available using the internet and desktop or mobile devices. Chat Online Session Services (named “Texting”, “Video Chat”, and “E-Journal” sessions) are for COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES ONLY, NOT FOR HEALTHCARE SERVICES. NDTalk is not responsible for your reliance or non-reliance on any information in the Service. You are solely responsible for the delivery of healthcare and determining whether you are able and/or permitted to do so based on the patient’s location when using the Service for the Online Session. For each Online Session, you are solely responsible for: (a) confirming that you have the necessary licenses, patient connections and qualifications to use the Service to deliver the Online Session; and (b) providing Online Session healthcare and advice using the Service solely within the scope your licenses, qualifications and applicable regulatory requirements.   • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Mail Service The Union shall be permitted to use the State inter and intra-office paper mail system. This usage shall be limited to matters that involve the Union and the Employer. It is not to be used for the purpose of mass mailings to membership and/or bargaining unit employees. The Employer agrees not to open employee union mail when clearly marked as such. Where security is of concern, the mail shall be opened in the presence of the addressee. When feasible, and where equipment is currently available, Union stewards and/or officers may utilize electronic mail and/or facsimile equipment solely for contract enforcement and interpretation and grievance processing matters. Such transmissions will be primarily to expedite communication regarding such matters, will be reasonable with respect to time and volume, and limited to communications with the grievant, if any, appropriate supervisors and employee’s staff representatives. Long distance charges which may be incurred must be approved prior to transmission.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • How to Obtain Warranty Service The Warranty Holder must inspect the Flooring for Manufacturing Defects caused by improper milling, grading, staining and coating, and report any such defects to Cali Bamboo, prior to installation of the Flooring. To obtain warranty service, the Warranty Holder must contact Cali Bamboo’s Customer Experience Department: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. Warranty claims must be received within 30 calendar days after the Warranty Holder identifies the Manufacturing Defect or other basis for a warranty claim. To be covered under this Cali Bamboo limited warranty, the Warranty Holder must provide documentation of sales order and proof that the Flooring was properly installed in accordance with the Installation Guide (defined below). Cali Bamboo reserves the right to retain a certified and independent flooring inspector to verify the Warranty Holder’s warranty claims. The determination of the flooring inspector regarding the warranty claim is not binding on either Cali Bamboo or on the Warranty Holder. A determination that does not verify the warranty claim shall not affect the Warranty Holder’s right to submit its claim to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the Arbitration Agreement (as defined in Cali Bamboo’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase). The performance of the inspection, however, if requested by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and assuming that ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ advances the full cost of the inspection as described above, is a requirement for the Warranty Holder to submit a warranty claim to arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement. This limited warranty covers Flooring that is both (i) installed with strict adherence to Cali Bamboo’s GeoWood flooring installation guide found online at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/flooring-installation/ (the “Installation Guide”) and (ii) maintained in accordance with Cali Bamboo’s GeoWood flooring care and maintenance guidelines found online at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/floor-care-and-maintenance/ (the “Maintenance Guide”). Cali Bamboo will provide copies of these guides upon request by the Warranty Holder. This limited warranty only applies when the Flooring is used under normal traffic and other usage conditions. The limited warranty for Manufacturing Defects does not apply after the Warranty Holder has installed the Flooring, and product variation or error that does not exceed the 5% industry standard is not considered a Manufacturing Defect for purposes of this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not extend to or cover:

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.
