CHECKOUT PROCEDURES. Check out time is no later than 10 am the day you are scheduled to leave. We must be able to enter the home at that time. If you do not vacate the premises by that time you will be charged for one (1) additional night's stay at the current rate for that date. Make sure all doors and windows are shut and locked. We will not be liable or responsible fore personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item behind after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and , subject to your approval, will deduct it from your deposit refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES. 1. Notify your Resident Assistant or Area Coordinator at least 24 hours prior to checking out. 2. Notify the Residence Life Office at least 24 hours prior to checking out. 3. Follow the instructions given on the checkout checklist provided by the Residence Life Office. 4. Failure to properly checkout may result in additional room and board charges until such time as a proper checkout is complete and other additional charges may also be assessed. 5. Upon checkout, the Student forfeits any right to property left behind, including bicycles.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES. Upon closing date of contract, student agrees to vacate the premises and remove ALL belongings. At the end of each semester, students are required to pass a white-glove cleaning assignment and leave a self-addressed stamped envelope with the managers for their return deposit. CHECKOUT PROCEDURES. Resident must comply with the following Student Housing checkout procedures, which may be amended or updated from time to time. Resident must complete the RCR and meet with a Student Housing community assistant or other staff member, who will conduct an inspection of Resident’s assigned room or apartment. Resident may also elect to complete the Express Checkout Process instead. Resident must return any temporary access card, submit the applicable Request to Vacate form, remove Resident’s personal belongings, and clean Resident’s room or apartment consistent with the requirements specified in this contract. CHECKOUT PROCEDURES. Students must thoroughly clean their rooms and arrange a Checkout appointment with their Resident Assistant prior to departing from campus at the end of every semester. Failure to properly follow all Checkout procedures, as stated in the On-Campus Living Guide, may result in significant fines. At the end of the Spring semester or before early termination of a housing assignment, students must follow all Checkout Procedures, as stated in the On-Campus Living Guide, including removal of all personal items.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES. The items shown on Appendix B: ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Check List must be completed before checkout or the individual cost shall be deducted from the Tenant(s) security deposit: Property should be left neat and in order (same condition it was when Tenant(s) arrived).
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES. The meal plan is automatically canceled at time of Checkout. Students are charged for all meal points used during the week of Checkout. Residents are responsible for keeping University Housing informed of a current mailing address until all liabilities and claims are met. Failure to adhere to cancellation and Checkout procedures will result in being charged full room and board on a prorated basis until all Checkout procedures are completed. To avoid additional charges when checking out, whether vacating the residence halls or simply transferring to another Room, residents agree to do the following:
