Access Card. Residents agree not to transfer card to any other persons for building access. Residents agree to immediately report any lost card to HFS. Once a Resident has checked out of a residence hall they may only reenter the building as a guest of a current resident.
Access Card. You have received conditional access cards (referred to collectively, as the “Access Card”) and a License Agreement governing your use of the Access Card while you are receiving our Service. Tampering with or other unauthorized modification of the Access Card is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal or civil action. Tampering with or inserting any device into your DTV Receiving Equipment other than an authorized unmodified Access Card is prohibited. DIRECTV reserves the right to cancel or replace the Access Card. Upon request, the card must be returned to DIRECTV. If you do not return the Access Card to DIRECTV when you cancel your Service, you may be charged a fee. Access Card. You are issued with an access card when you check-in. The access card will give you entry to the front entrance, lifts, and your apartment/ bedroom. The access card should be always carried by residents. Your access card MUST NOT be given to any other person. Should you lose your access card or be locked out of your apartment, you must contact Reception or the after-hours Residential Advisor team immediately.
Access Card a) The access card is only for the use of the hirer that signs this Agreement. The hirer will be charged for the cost of replacing the access card if this has been lost.
b) An alarm call out fee (if required) will be charged to the hirer at a rate of $60.00 per call-out. If you have not secured the building correctly and security is alerted, you may be charged an alarm call out fee.
Access Card. A smart card which when inserted in a Professional Decoder will descramble and enable viewing of digital satellite transmissions encrypted by way of the conditional access system operated by SSSL (including any spare or replacement Access Cards).
Access Card a. You will need your Access Card to enter our Facilities and Services and must swipe the card each time to gain entry.
b. If you lose or forget to bring you Access Card, you may only gain entry to the Club during Staffed Hours, if you show ID to Club staff and the decision of entry will be at the discretion of the Club. You should not ask or expect another person to let you into the Club at any time, whether you have your Access Card or not.
c. You must not let anyone else into the Club without approval of a Club staff member or let anyone else use your Access Card for entry. If you break this term, you will be charged with the Tailgate Fee and/or have your Membership suspended or cancelled.
d. If your Access Card is lost or stolen, you must let us know immediately. You will be reissued a new Access Card within 14 days. If you fail to inform the Club, you may be refused entry. An Access Card Fee will apply.
Access Card. In conjunction with this Contract, the CPA may, in its discretion, provide the Customer with an Access Card. The Customer understands and acknowledges that the Access Card shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of the CPA, and must be returned by the Customer to the CPA upon notice to the Customer.

2.2 The Access Card shall at all times remain the property of SSSL. You must return the Access Card to us if and when requested by us.
2.3 The Access Card provided to you is for your sole use. The Access Card must not be used by any other person. You can only use the Access Card at the Head End whose address you have given the Channel Provider.
2.4 If you give the Access Card to someone else, we shall be entitled to disable the Access Card.
2.5 You must not tamper with the Access Card or use it for any purpose other than those expressly authorised by SSSL or the Channel Provider.
2.6 The Access Card must be kept in your Professional Decoder at all times. You must keep the Professional Decoder connected to a mains supply and suitable satellite feed when not in use.
2.7 You will take all such actions as we, or the Channel Provider, reasonably request from time to time in order to reduce or prevent piracy.
2.8 We shall be entitled to disclose your name, address and the service you receive via the Access Card as part of the proper administration of the Sky digital satellite platform.
Access Card. Your access card may only be used for the entrance and exit of your vehicle only. If violation of this policy occurs, the daily maximum rate will be charged on the first offense; future violations will result in immediate termination of the parking privileges.
