Class C - Heavy Duty Clause Samples

Class C - Heavy Duty a) An operator should maintain at least one three-axle tow truck with a GVWR of at least 52,000 pounds. The truck shall be equipped with air brakes and must be capable of providing and maintaining continuous air to the towed vehicle.
Class C - Heavy Duty. Class C tow trucks with three axles and a GVWR of at least 33,000 pounds. The truck shall be equipped with air brakes and must be capable of providing and maintaining continuous air to the towed vehicle.
Class C - Heavy Duty. All Class C tow trucks must have at least three-axles and a GVWR of at least 48,000 pounds. The truck shall be equipped with air - brakes and must be capable of providing and maintaining continuous air to the towed vehicle and meet the Class C equipment specifications in Exhibit C. 1(B) (4) Class D – Super Heavy Duty. All Class D tow trucks must have at least three-axles and a GVWR of at least 52,000 pounds. The truck shall be equipped with air - brakes and must be capable of providing and maintaining continuous air to the towed vehicle and meet the Class D equipment specifications in Exhibit C.
Class C - Heavy Duty a. An operator shall maintain at least one three-axle tow truck with a GVWR of at least 48,000 pounds. The truck shall be equipped with air brakes and must be capable of providing and maintaining continuous air to the towed vehicle. Class C equipment specifications can be found in Attachment C of this Agreement. i. All Class C tow trucks with a GVWR of less than 48,000 pounds currently approved for the RPD Class C rotation tow list will be allowed to remain on the Class C rotation tow list until June 1, 2016. b. Tow companies whose equipment had previously been approved and continuously used on rotation for the RPD and owned by the same operator, but do not have wheel lift capabilities and/or three- axles, may apply for and receive a rotation tow listing.

  • SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.

  • To Each Participating Class Member An Individual Class Payment calculated by (a) dividing the Net Settlement Amount by the total number of Workweeks worked by all Participating Class Members during the Class Period and (b) multiplying the result by each Participating Class Member’s Workweeks.

  • Class Data Not later than 15 days after the Court grants Preliminary Approval of the Settlement, Defendant will simultaneously deliver the Class Data to the Administrator, in the form of a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. To protect Class Members’ privacy rights, the Administrator must maintain the Class Data in confidence, use the Class Data only for purposes of this Settlement and for no other purpose, and restrict access to the Class Data to Administrator employees who need access to the Class Data to effect and perform under this Agreement. Defendant has a continuing duty to immediately notify Class Counsel if it discovers that the Class Data omitted class member identifying information and to provide corrected or updated Class Data as soon as reasonably feasible. Without any extension of the deadline by which Defendant must send the Class Data to the Administrator, the Parties and their counsel will expeditiously use best efforts, in good faith, to reconstruct or otherwise resolve any issues related to missing or omitted Class Data.
