Class Data means Class Member identifying information in Defendant’s possession including the Class Member’s name, last-known mailing address, Social Security number, and number of Class Period Workweeks and PAGA Pay Periods.

Examples of Class Data in a sentence

  • School District will send the Class Data in the .csv format, or such other format as mutually agreed on by the Parties.

  • To protect Class Administrator must maintain the Class Data in confidence, use the Class Data only for purposes of this Settlement and for no other purpose, and restrict access to the Class Data to Administrator employees who need access to the Class Data to effect and perform under this Agreement.
