CLASSIFICATION AND SALARIES Clause Samples
The 'Classification and Salaries' clause defines how employees are categorized within an organization and establishes the corresponding pay rates for each classification. Typically, this clause outlines the various job titles or grades, describes the criteria for each category, and specifies the salary or wage scales that apply. By clearly delineating roles and associated compensation, this clause ensures transparency in pay structures and helps prevent disputes over job status or remuneration.
