Classification Premium. An employee appointed by the Hospital as Lead Hand will be paid ten percent (10%) above the highest rated classification of employees the Lead Hand is appointed to direct.
Classification Premium. 1. An employee covered under this Agreement in the positions of Crew Chief, Inspector, “Train the Trainer” Crew Chief will receive one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour premium for all hours worked. Such premium will be compounded in the computation of overtime.

Classification Premium. Effective June 30, 2023, the County will add a classification premium. The following classifications shall be paid a premium of three percent (3%) above the employee’s base pay. This premium shall apply to time worked only and shall not apply toward paid time off or terminal payoff:

  • Wages and Classification Premiums Provisions under these headings shall remain unchanged and are repeated as 20.04, except to the extent that the Wage Schedule referred to in the hospital's expiring collective agreement shall be adjusted and retroactivity shall be paid in accordance with the Implementation Agreement signed.

  • Overtime Premium a) Time and one-half (1/2) shall be paid as follows: 1) For all hours worked over 8 (eight) hours per day. 2) For all hours worked over 40 (forty) hours per week. 3) For all hours worked on Sunday, unless part of the employees regularly scheduled workweek. b) Double time plus holiday pay shall be paid for all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement.

  • Shift Differential Pay SECTION 1: In addition to compensation provided by the wage schedule, employees working between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be paid a shift differential premium of $.45 (forty-five cents) per hour in addition to the regular pay for those hours. SECTION 2: Employees must work a minimum of 3 (three) hours in order for shift differential to apply.
