Classification Structure. 14.1 The company shall determine the classification on which an employee is employed or to which the employee progresses, based on the employee’s skills and the company’s requirement for the employee to use such skills. 14.2 The employee’s classification determines his or her base wage rate. 14.3 The employee will be advised by the company of his or her classification at the commencement of employment. 14.4 The skills, duties and other requirements of each classification are set out in Schedule 3.
