CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARY. 42.1 Schedule 1A sets out the classification structure and progression arrangements. 42.2 Schedule 1B sets out the salary for a Teacher and Careers Advisors. 42.3 To the extent necessary, the Employer and the Employee agree that salary and rates of pay will be in accordance with Schedule 1B. 42.4 The salary specified in Schedule 1B is in compensation for all hours worked under this Agreement.
