Classifications Removed from the 2004 - 2005 Collective Agreement. In the event that the College introduces a new program or modifies an existing program so that the duties performed by one or more of the classifications removed from the 2004 - 2005 collective agreement (Audiovisual Coordinator, Social Work Field Education Coordinator, and Nursing Practice Placement Coordinator) need to be performed, then the employee(s) hired to perform these duties will be members of the bargaining unit and subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement as modified by the reintroduction of the appropriate language from the 2004 - 2005 collective agreement, unless the parties agree otherwise.
