Classroom Observations. Each evaluation shall include at least one formal classroom or service observation lasting at least thirty (30) minutes or one complete lesson, whichever is longer. The employee shall be notified via email at least three (3) workdays in advance of a formal observation. Informal observations may occur at any time without any advance notice. Classroom observations need not address all of the California Standards of the Teaching Profession nor need they address all of the established goals.
