Clause 113. 6.2 above does not apply to Employees classified under Part 2 of
Clause 113. 8.1 above does not apply to Employees who are classified under Part 2 of 113.9 Payment for absence on public holiday
9.1 If an Employee is absent from his or her employment on a day or part-day that is a public holiday, the Employer must pay the Employee at the Employee’s base rate of pay for the Employee’s ordinary hours of work on the day or part-day.
Clause 113. The extinguishment of the RENOVA FOUNDATION is a sine qua non condition for the closure of Public Civil Action No. 5023635-78.2021.8.13.0024, whose request must be made by the Curatorship of Foundations of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Minas Gerais within ten (10) days from the registration of the public deed of extinguishment in the Civil Registry of Legal Entities and substantiated with this AGREEMENT and with the minutes of the meeting of the resolution of extinguishment of the foundation, duly endorsed and approved by the Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in the Supervision of Private Foundations of Belo Horizonte of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Minas Gerais.
Clause 113. The extinction of FUNDAÇÃO RENOVA is a sine qua non condition for the closure of Public Civil Action no. 5023635-78.2021.8.13.0024, the request for which must be made by the Foundations Curator’s Office of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Minas Gerais within 10 (ten) days of the registration of the public deed of extinction in the Civil Registry of Legal Entities and accompanied by this AGREEMENT and the minutes of the meeting of the deliberation on the extinction of the foundational entity, duly endorsed and approved by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Minas Gerais Specialised in the Oversight of Private Foundations in Belo Horizonte.

Clause 113. Employees who have been reassigned or transferred by the District will be granted preferential consideration to return to the specific position from which they were transferred. In addition, by completing the General Transfer Request, such employees will be considered as priority placement in the following spring staffing process described in this Article under Section 10.
