CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Splitting. 3.4.1 To order High Frequency Spectrum on a particular Loop, Comcast Phone must have a DSLAM collocated in the central office that serves the End User of such Loop. 3.4.2 Comcast Phone must provide its own splitters in a central office and have installed its DSLAM in that central office. 3.4.3 Comcast Phone may purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. Comcast Phone may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-Central Office shall apply. 3.4.4 Any splitters installed by Comcast Phone in its collocation arrangement shall comply with ANSI T1.413, Annex E, or any future ANSI splitter Standards.
