Client Service. It is recognized that it is Clients' obligation to service its customers needs. However, Company will assist Client by providing the following services: 1. National 800 service for use by Client or Client's customers. 2. Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA/Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) assistance to Client or Client's customers. Company will supply the necessary forms and directions and assist the borrower in filing the application. 3. Company will assist Client's customers in finding an agent to write flood insurance. 4. Advise the Client's customers or Client on ways to lower the flood premium within the context of investor/lender parameters and regulator requirements. 5. Company will supply free re-checks on disputed determinations. 6. Company will provide Client with educational seminars on NFIP Compliance and will answer Client's NFIP Compliance questions.

BOCC does this from time to time to monitor the quality of service and accuracy of information our employees give to you, and to ensure that our employees accurately follow your instructions. Client service is not authorized to waive any provision of this Agreement.
Client Service. The parties acknowledge that the long-term survival and commercial viability of QBuild Cleaning Services is dependent on the satisfaction of clients and their continued need for its services. This will be achieved only through QBuild’s commitment to continuous improvement by monitoring and reviewing current procedures. QBuild’s Client Service Survey determines the level of client satisfaction associated with cleaning services and products, and assists in developing business improvement strategies. The parties recognise that all cleaning staff, as a service provider, have a direct relationship to client satisfaction results and as such, are central in ensuring the clients’ needs are met.
Client Service. Proposer shall commit to quality customer service that is demonstrated on a daily basis in maintaining and continually improving customer services processes, while also initiating and maintaining close relationships with show management, exhibitors, event contractors and the City.
Client Service. Company is responsible for all aspects of customer service for participants who purchase its designated products through Affiliate’s Link including client inquiries, billing, and collection. Company reserves the right to change Company’s policies and procedures, pricing, and any special offers, and to discontinue services or change the terms under which services are offered at any time, without any advance notice to Affiliate or clients purchasing through Affiliate’s link. Only duly-authorized Company officers, employees, and agents will have access to information furnished or obtained in connection with the use of its products. They will maintain and protect the confidentiality of such information to the greatest extent possible; and they will share such information only to the extent necessary to make employment decisions and to respond to inquiries or notices from government entities.
Client Service. A V2S client advocate will provide you with assistance to resolve issues relating to use of the Services, your Services Account, payment processing, debiting and crediting. You are responsible for providing service to your users and supporters for any and all issues related to your services, including but not limited to issues, such as reversals, returns, chargebacks or disputes, arising from the processing of supporter’s payments through the Services.

Client Service. Upon successful registration as Client of the Roc Bank Services and consent to pay relevant Annual Service Fee in accordance with this Agreement, User will be entitled to the following services provided by Bank, including but not limited to: 3.1 Banking services which including but not limited to deposit, remittance, currency exchange and card services; 3.2 Presentation of Financial Product information; Transmission of information related to financial product transactions; 3.3 Transmission of information related to enquiries about the balance and net value of assets; 3.4 Integration of Client ’s information at the Alliance Platform; 3.5 Bank will be entitled to change (add or reduce) the service to be provided, but should make timely announcements of such changes; 3.6 Push of relevant information as properly based on the characteristics of different Client through cell phone or other means of communications, and the information thus pushed will include, but not limited to service information, promotional information and news etc. If Client is not willing to receiving such push, it/he may turn off the service of information push as instructed; and 3.7 Other relevant service that Bank, on account of the nature of its business, considers necessary to provide to Client. Client acknowledges and agrees that the said services may have a delay since there is difference among Members in terms of time zone and business hours.

Company will supply free re-checks on disputed determinations. 6. Company will provide Client with educational seminars on NFIP Compliance and will answer Client's NFIP Compliance questions semiannually at client's request at a mutually agreeable location.
