Closure Permit Sample Clauses

A Closure Permit clause defines the requirements and procedures for obtaining official authorization to close a project, facility, or site. Typically, this clause outlines the necessary documentation, inspections, and approvals that must be secured from relevant authorities before closure can proceed. For example, it may require environmental assessments or the removal of hazardous materials prior to permit issuance. The core function of this clause is to ensure that closures are conducted safely, legally, and in compliance with regulatory standards, thereby minimizing liability and environmental risks.
