Collaboration Candidate Research. During the Research Term, Prothena shall notify Celgene, on a regular basis at JSC meetings, of Collaboration Candidates identified by or on behalf of Prothena or its Affiliates in the course of its ongoing research activities pursuant to a Program, as well as any material developments or new material data or information relating to previously identified Collaboration Candidates. The identity of such Collaboration Candidates shall be included in the minutes of the JSC meeting.
