Common use of Collaboration Overview Clause in Contracts

Collaboration Overview. The Parties agree to collaborate (such collective activities, the “Collaboration”) to jointly research, develop, manufacture, market and commercialize Products in the Field as set forth in this Agreement. Each Party shall work exclusively with the other Party in the development and commercialization of Products in the Field during the Term of this Agreement.

Collaboration Overview. The Parties will establish a governance structure to jointly research, develop, manufacture, market oversee and commercialize Products in govern the Field as set forth in this Agreement. Each Party shall work exclusively with the other Party in the development and commercialization of Products in the Field during the Term of this AgreementCollaboration.
