Collection Fees for Late Payments. 28 In addition to the missed payment, the delinquent 29 employee is required to pay the County a fifty dollar ($50) collection fee. The County 30 is also entitled to collect a delinquency penalty for each day of late payment after the 31 employee receives notice of delinquency.
