Colors Sample Clauses
The "Colors" clause defines the specific colors that are to be used in relation to the subject matter of the agreement, such as products, branding, or materials. It typically outlines which colors are permitted or required, and may reference standardized color codes (like Pantone or RGB values) to ensure consistency. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the color requirements, preventing disputes or confusion over color choices and maintaining brand or product uniformity.
