Commencement of Work on the Site Sample Clauses

The 'Commencement of Work on the Site' clause defines when the contractor is authorized to begin construction or related activities at the project location. Typically, this clause specifies that work may only start after certain conditions are met, such as receipt of a notice to proceed, completion of preliminary approvals, or fulfillment of insurance requirements. By clearly establishing the official start date for on-site activities, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about project timelines and ensures that all preparatory steps are completed before work begins.
