The State and the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER agree as set forth below: The period of performance under this contract shall commence on ***, and end on ***, with a Substantial Completion date of ***, a Project Completion date of ***, and a Contract Completion date of ***, to allow for one year warranty inspection(s) as may be required of the construction contract work.
The Architect/Engineer shall complete those duties set forth in Article 1, Paragraphs 1.1 through 1.1.41 of Exhibit 1, Master A&E Terms and Conditions on or before (Substantial Completion date) and one year warranty inspection(s) as may be required of the construction contract work by (Contract Completion date) as identified in the SOW Agreement.
The Contractor shall achieve Contract Completion, as the term is defined in this Agreement, within 60 calendar days of Substantial Completion.
