Commissioning of the Project. This will be on a date, when the project meets the criteria defined for project commissioning. Any energy produced and flowing into the grid before COD shall not be at the cost of P&ED under this scheme and developers will be free to make short-term sale to any organization or individual.
Commissioning of the Project. 4.5.1 The Company shall achieve the financial closure within 6 months from the date of receipt of all statutory approvals and clearances given by the State and Central Government. The Commercial operation of the project shall be achieved within a period of 24 (Twenty Four) months from the date of receipt of all statutory approvals and clearances. The Company shall start the construction of the project within 30 days from the date of financial closure. 4.5.2 In the event of the Company failing to implement the project by the completion date and for the purpose as agreed between both the parties the project land shall automatically stands transferred to GoA or agency nominated by it and peaceful possession of the project land would be handed over to GoA or agency nominated by it.
Commissioning of the Project. (a) The commissioning of the Project relating to the construction of Works shall be carried out in accordance with the Good Industry Practice. (b) All the equipment, electrical systems, fittings and fixtures of the Project Facilities shall be tested and then made functional to meet the requirements of the Project functions. (c) Proper apartment numbers should be properly displayed for the convenience of the Users. (d) Concessionaire shall reserve Apartments for FBR officials in accordance with the Bid Offer and provide a list of rooms allocated for FBR after the finalization of detailed design and thereafter handover possession of the FBR Reserved Apartments six months before the start of operations phase.
Commissioning of the Project. The Service Provider shall complete the commissioning of the Project and request the Authority for its certificate to commence the operation of the Financial Management System. The Authority shall certify completion of the Project and provide Final Commissioning Date in terms of the Schedule 2 and this Contract. The Authority shall nominate or appoint an independent third party to verify the completion of each phase and on the basis of their report, the Authority shall issue the completion certificate to the Service Provider.
Commissioning of the Project. 29.1. Injection of power following Net Metering would be considered proof of commissioning of the Unit(s)/ Project. 29.2. Subject to any relaxation or waiver by Nodal Agency, Commissioning of Unit(s)/ Project would be considered when full Capacity of the Unit(s)/ Project is commissioned.
Commissioning of the Project. 5.1.1 Either Party shall give the other Party at least sixty (60) days advance written notice of the date on which it intends to commission a Phase of the Project which shall not be a date earlier than the SCOD agreed by the Parties unless the same has been mutually agreed or allowed under this Agreement. 5.1.2 Either Party shall notify the other Party as soon as it believes that any Phase of the Project has been completed and ready to be connected with the Interconnection Facilities in accordance with this Agreement.
Commissioning of the Project. 1.28.1 For the purpose of obtaining Commissioning certificate from the Nodal Agency, following documents shall be submitted: i. Inspection Report of the Work(s) as per prescribed format provided by Nodal Agency. ii. CEIG Approval for the PPA Capacity, if applicable; (In compliance with section 162 of Electricity Act, 2003 installation of Grid Connected RE System up to 100 kW capacity is exempt from Chief Electrical Inspector to Government (CEIG) approval, Further, Grid Connected RE System up to 500 kVA capacity as per MOP notification no 1204, May 2016 would be exempt from obtaining approval from Chief Electrical Inspector to Government (CEIG)). iii. Project fulfillment certificate from Procurer and UPNEDA/AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF UPNEDA for the PPA Capacity. SPD shall be required to submit PPA Capacity Fulfillment certificate (in accordance with FORMAT-1: FULFILLMENT CERTIFICATE) certified by UPNEDA/AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF UPNEDA and Procurer both. iv. Submission of documents as per Article 1.12.4.

Related to Commissioning of the Project

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The ISO and Connecting Transmission Owner must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: a. for procuring and maintaining in full force and effect all Consents, Clearances and Permits, required in accordance with Law for development of the Project; b. for financing, constructing, owning and commissioning each of the Element of the Project for the scope of work set out in Schedule 1 of this Agreement in accordance with: i. the Electricity Act and the Rules made thereof; ii. the Grid Code; iii. the CEA Regulations applicable, and as amended from time to time, for Transmission Lines and sub-stations: • the Central Electricity Authority (Technical Standards for Connectivity to the Grid) Regulations, 2007; • Central Electricity Authority (Technical Standards for construction of Electrical Plants and Electric Lines) Regulation, 2010; • Central Electricity Authority (Grid Standard) Regulations, 2010; • Central Electricity Authority (Safety requirements for construction, operation and maintenance of Electrical Plants and Electrical Lines) Regulation, 2011; • Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electricity Supply) Regulation, 2010; • Central Electricity Authority (Technical Standards for Communication System in Power System Operation) Regulations, 2020. iv. Safety/ security Guidelines laid down by the Government; v. Prudent Utility Practices, relevant Indian Standards and the Law; not later than the Scheduled COD as per Schedule 2 of this Agreement; c. for entering into a Connection Agreement with the concerned parties in accordance with the Grid Code. d. for owning the Project throughout the term of this Agreement free and clear of any encumbrances except those expressly permitted under Article 15 of this Agreement; e. to co-ordinate and liaise with concerned agencies and provide on a timely basis relevant information with regard to the specifications of the Project that may be required for interconnecting the Project with the Interconnection Facilities; f. for providing all assistance to the Arbitrators as they may require for the performance of their duties and responsibilities; g. to provide to the Nodal Agency and CEA, on a monthly basis, progress reports with regard to the Project and its execution (in accordance with prescribed form) to enable the CEA to monitor and co-ordinate the development of the Project matching with the Interconnection Facilities; h. to comply with Ministry of Power order no. 25-11/6/2018 – PG dated 02.07.2020 as well as other Guidelines issued by Govt. of India pertaining to this; i. to procure the products associated with the Transmission System as per provisions of Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) orders issued by Ministry of Power vide orders No. 11/5/2018 - Coord. dated 28.07.2020 for transmission sector, as amended from time to time read with Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) orders in this regard (Procuring Entity as defined in above orders shall deemed to have included Selected Bidder and/ or TSP). Also, to comply with Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance vide Order (Public Procurement No 1) bearing File No. 6/18/2019- PPD dated 23.07.2020, Order (Public Procurement No 2) bearing File No. 6/18/2019-PPD dated 23.07.2020 and Order (Public Procurement No. 3) bearing File No. 6/18/2019-PPD, dated 24.07.2020, as amended from time to time, regarding public procurement from a bidder of a country, which shares land border with India; j. to submit to Nodal Agency information in the prescribed format [To be devised by Nodal Agency] for ensuring compliance to Article 4.1 i) above. k. to comply with all its obligations undertaken in this Agreement. 4.2 Roles of the Nodal Agency in implementation of the Project: 4.2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Nodal Agency shall be the holder and administrator of this Agreement and shall inter alia: a. appoint an Independent Engineer within 90 days of the Effective Date b. provide letters of recommendation to the concerned Indian Governmental Instrumentality, as may be requested by the TSP from time to time, for obtaining the Consents, Clearances and Permits required for the Project; c. coordinate among TSP and upstream/downstream entities in respect of Interconnection Facilities; and d. monitor the implementation of the Agreement and take appropriate action for breach thereof including revocation of guarantees, cancellation of Agreement, blacklisting etc e. provide all assistance to the Arbitrators as required for the performance of their duties and responsibilities; and f. perform any other responsibility (ies) as specified in this Agreement.

  • Completion of the Project The Participating County acknowledges it is obligated to undertake and complete the design and construction of the Project in compliance with all of the applicable terms and conditions of the Project Documents and the Participating County agrees to use its best efforts to cause the completion of design and construction of the Project in compliance with the applicable terms and conditions of such documents. The Participating County agrees to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement and consistent with the scope, cost and schedule established by the Board and attached hereto in Exhibit A, as such scope, cost and schedule may be modified with the approval of Finance and the recognition of the Board.

  • Scope of the Project Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include: (a) construction of the Project Highway on the Site set forth in Schedule- A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D; (b) maintenance of the Project Highway in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with the requirements set forth in Schedule-E; and (c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent Authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR and density norms and provisions prescribed by the [Please insert the relevant State laws]and shall not have an option to make any variation /alteration / modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
