Commissions, Boards and Committees. The Board may establish any advisory commissions, boards and committees as the Board deems appropriate to assist the Board in carrying out its functions and implementing the CCA Program, other energy programs and the provisions of this Agreement.

Commissions, Boards and Committees. 3.15.1 The Board may establish commissions, boards or committees, including but not limited to a standing executive committee of the Board, as the Board deems appropriate, to assist the Board in carrying out its authority and functions under this Agreement and may delegate authority to such commissions, boards or committees as set forth in a Board resolution. Such delegation may be modified, amended or revoked at any time the Board may deem appropriate. Any decision delegated pursuant to this subsection may be appealed to the Board, as the Board so determines.
3.15.2 The Board may also establish any advisory commissions, boards, and committees as the Board deems appropriate to assist the Board in carrying out its functions and implementing the CCA Program, other energy programs and the provisions of this Agreement.
