Commitment to Employment Clause Samples
The Commitment to Employment clause establishes the obligation of one or both parties to maintain an employment relationship for a specified period or under certain conditions. Typically, this clause outlines the terms under which an employee is expected to remain with the employer, such as a minimum duration of employment or specific performance expectations. Its core practical function is to provide stability and predictability for both the employer and employee, reducing the risk of unexpected departures and ensuring continuity in the workforce.
