Common use of Common Elements Clause in Contracts

Common Elements. The common areas and facilities as shown on the Plans for each Applicable Resort, as defined or provided for in the Applicable Declaration or other Applicable Timeshare Documents, including, without limitation, the Land and all improvements thereto except for the Units that have been dedicated to the condominium or comparable form of ownership, as well as any limited common elements, as those terms are defined and used in the Applicable Declaration.
