Community College or University. As a condition of employment, the Employer shall describe and make available the benefits, as described in Articles 24:01(1) and 24:01(2) to all Permanent and Probationary Full Time Employees. The Employees shall have the option of deciding whether or not to participate in the aforementioned benefit plans.
Community College or University. Employees on leave of absence without pay in excess of two (2) continuous calendar weeks shall assume the total cost of premiums for the benefit plans under Article for those months covered by the leave of absence without pay. Employees on Leaves of Absence without pay in excess of two (2) continuous calendar weeks shall assume the total cost of premiums for the Benefit Plans under Articles and for those months covered by the Leave of Absence without pay. Both Parties agree that should the Employer or the Union find an equivalent Carrier at a more economical rate compared to Liberty Health Insurance Company, the Parties will meet and seriously discuss the subject matter with the objective of changing to such Carrier on the mutual agreement of the Parties.
