Common use of Community Rules Clause in Contracts

Community Rules. The Licensee shall: (a) Only use the Site for residential dwelling and associated activities for the Occupier or members of the Occupier’s immediate whānau. (b) Take reasonable care regarding maintenance, grounds, and general tidiness of the section. (c) Not permit the section to be used for training or any commercial purpose. (d) At all times keep the section and the dwelling in a well maintained and tidy condition. (e) Not have more than 1 person living on the section without the prior written approval of the Licensor. (g) Not keep any animals on the section apart from cats (maximum of two) without the written consent of the Landowner. (i) Not make or permit noise or behaviour on the section that would interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the other occupiers of the Land. (j) Not have guests on the section who provide any kind of intimidation to the other Licensees. (k) Not obstruct the Land or access to the Land. (l) Not keep, use or manufacture any illegal substances on ther section or in the dwelling.
