Community Support. DRI acknowledges that after the Effective Time, it intends to provide charitable contributions and community support within the service areas of the parties and their respective subsidiaries at levels consistent with past practice.
Community Support. Tickets shall be distributed next to qualifying non-partisan and non-political charitable, non-profit or civic organizations for the purpose of promoting, supporting and/or showing appreciation for the community programs and services provided by such organizations in the ▇▇▇▇▇ County, Nevada region. Tickets for these applicants will be allocated through a lottery process whereby the name of an organization is paired with the drawing of a particular game or event. In no event shall the Authority distribute tickets to more than four (4) regular season team games annually to individuals or organizations representing community support purposes unless there is a shortage of qualified applicants representing economic development purposes, in which case tickets to no more than six (6) regular season team games shall be distributed annually to individuals or organizations representing community support purposes. Tickets distributed to such organizations shall be used directly by such qualifying organization and shall not be sold for fundraising purposes.
Community Support. 26.1 Consistent with California Education Code Sections 35021 and 51100 (b), the District and the Association recognize that involvement of the community is an essential aspect of a quality school district. The District reserves the right to enable community members, students and parents to support the educational program and environment for students, as long as the work performed does not displace a bargaining unit member nor allow the District to use volunteers in lieu of normal employee requirements.
Community Support. Mercantile shall use all reasonable efforts following the Effective Time to maintain a level of community support and involvement in the communities served by Firstbank that is substantially equivalent in the aggregate to Firstbank's general level of support and involvement prior to the Merger.
Community Support. As part of the Maintenance and Support, Licensee is entitled to community support and to access CloudBolt’s community support portal and knowledge base at no additional charge. Community support is access to CloudBolt’s public forum on its support portal where CloudBolt customers are able to review existing discussions, and registered licensees are able to participate in community discussions related to various aspects of the Software. CloudBolt reserves the right to moderate all support forums. Violation of CloudBolt terms of use may result in a user being denied access to CloudBolt community support. The knowledge base is designed to provide 24x7x365 access to comprehensive information on known issues, workarounds, tips and tricks via the community support portal. CloudBolt’s technical team regularly creates timely knowledge base articles to assist customers in the self- investigation and resolution of issues and queries.
Community Support. If the commu- nity has undertaken to bear the costs of medical education through commu- nity support, the costs are not consid- ered GME costs to the hospital for pur- poses of Medicare payment.
Community Support. The Company allows Partners to make suggestions to improve the website. A Partner submits and contributes resources such as menu plans, blog posts, podcasts, videos and news articles to the global database. All resources must be approved by the Company. Not all submissions will be accepted. A Partner will be able to add their name, business name to resources they submit. See section on terms and conditions of intellectual property. Community Support. The Company agrees to participate in __40______ hours of community service activities including but not limited to: Town-sponsored educational programs on public health and drug abuse prevention, senior assistance, community cleanup, and veteran’s assistance. The Company shall annually certify to the Town at the time of its Annual Payments the number of hours and nature of the community service rendered by its employees/management within the community. To the extent such practice and its implementation are consistent with federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations, the Company will make every effort in a legal and non-discriminatory manner to give priority to local businesses, suppliers, contractors, builders and vendors in the provision of goods and services called for in the construction, maintenance and continued operation of the Facility when such contractors and suppliers are properly qualified and price competitive, and shall use good faith efforts to hire Town residents.
Community Support. 6.1. Provide support to refugee communities wishing to develop their own youth projects.
6.2. Develop relationships with relevant refugee communities.
6.3. Provide training, advice and guidance with project planning, implementation and evaluation.
6.4. Assist with funding submission writing.
6.5. Assist with linking refugee community organisations with other relevant stakeholders.
6.6. Mentor youth leaders likely to run projects in their own communities.
Community Support. A. Local Vendors and Employment Preferences - To the extent such practice and its implementation are consistent with federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations, the Company shall use its best efforts in a legal and non- discriminatory manner to give priority to local businesses, suppliers, contractors, builders and vendors in the provision of goods and services called for in the construction, maintenance and continued operation of the Premises and Establishment when such contractors and suppliers are properly qualified and price competitive. The Company shall use its best efforts to give hiring preferences to residents of the Town who otherwise meet the qualifications for employment at the Establishment. Best efforts shall include actively soliciting bids from Town vendors through local advertisements and direct contact, advertising any job expansion or hiring of new permanent full-time employees first to Town residents before advertising through all typical regional employment advertising outlets. The Company also agrees to make reasonable efforts to utilize women-owned, veteran-owned and minority-owned vendors within the Town. The Company’s annual report to the Select Board shall include information concerning the number of Heath residents employed at the Establishment and a description of the measures taken to fulfill this workforce hiring commitment. The Company shall furnish the Town with such further information and documentation as the Town may reasonably request to support and document compliance with this Agreement.
