Common use of Compensation Recovery Policy Clause in Contracts

Compensation Recovery Policy. Executive acknowledges that, notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, any incentive compensation or performance-based compensation paid or payable to Executive hereunder shall be subject to repayment or recoupment obligations arising under applicable law or the Company’s Compensation Recovery Policy, as the same may be amended from time to time.
