Compensatory Days. For every consecutive sixteen (16) days of assigned work, the employee will receive one comp day. This day must be used within three (3) months of accrual. Comp days cannot be paid out upon termination of employment. If the demands of the project do not allow for the timely use of these days, the time period can be extended by approval of the Regional Director.

Compensatory Days. For every fourteen (14) consecutive sixteen (16) days of assigned work, the employee will receive two (2) compensatory days. For every four-week period in which an employee works three weekend days, the employee will receive one comp (1) compensatory day. This day Compensatory days must be used within three five (35) months of accrual. Comp days cannot be paid out upon termination of employment. If the demands of the project do not allow for the timely use of these days, the time period for their use can be extended by with the approval of the Regional Director.
