Common use of Competitive TRFP Clause in Contracts

Competitive TRFP. A TRFP will be issued to the appropriate category of consultants with registered contracts (e.g., small or medium category). Without limitation, the TRFP for the Project shall include the following: (1) information concerning the Project for which services are required, (2) areas of design services for which subconsultants (or in- house expertise) will be required, (3) a description of the Proposal requirements for the Project to be submitted by the Consultant, and (4) Schedule B: M/WBE Utilization Plan (if applicable). The Commissioner may require the Consultant to attend a pre-Proposal Project information meeting to aid the Consultant in preparing its Proposal.
