Complaint File. A Grantee shall keep an accurate and comprehensive file of any and all complaints regarding the Cable System. A Grantee shall establish a procedure to remedy complaints quickly and reasonably to the satisfaction of the City. A Grantee shall keep complete records of its actions in response to all complaints for a period of three (3) years. The Grantee shall make a copy of its complaint file available to the City upon request.

  • Grievance Files Written grievances and responses will be maintained separately from the employee’s personnel file.

  • Complaint To commence a proceeding, the complaining party (or parties) shall provide by certified mail, return receipt requested, a written Complaint to the BCBSA Corporate Secretary (which shall also constitute service on BCBSA if it is a respondent) and to any Plan(s) and/or Controlled Affiliate(s) named therein. The Complaint shall contain:

  • Database File The Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a data file (in a format reasonably acceptable to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer) containing the database file for each Contract (i) as of the Cutoff Date, (ii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Due Period on each Determination Date prior to a Servicing Transfer, and (iii) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Servicing Transfer.

  • Complaints If you have a complaint relating to the sale of energy by us to you, or this contract generally, you may lodge a complaint with us in accordance with our standard complaints and dispute resolution procedures.   • Complaints Investigation The employee who complains of harassment under the provisions of the Human Rights Code must first comply with the Employer’s harassment policy procedures before filing a grievance or human rights complaint.
