Completion of Subcontract Work Clause Samples

The 'Completion of Subcontract Work' clause defines the requirements and conditions under which a subcontractor must finish their assigned tasks or deliverables. Typically, this clause outlines the standards for acceptable completion, any necessary inspections or approvals, and the process for confirming that all work has been satisfactorily finished. For example, it may specify that the subcontractor must address any deficiencies identified during a final walkthrough before the work is deemed complete. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the subcontracted work meets the agreed-upon quality and scope, providing clarity and a formal process for project closure.
