Completion of Training. 1. Trainees for instrumentation, mobile mechanics, shop machine operator, machine shop work, main shop pump repair and Tool Room Attendant job will be required to pass Company designated tests eighteen (18) months after they are selected for training. Employees who do not meet or exceed the established minimum scores on the first test will be retested in three (3) months. If any employees fail to pass the second test, they will be removed from training. Any employee who is removed from training in this manner will not be eligible to bid for additional training for the same job. 2. Trainees for mobile equipment operator jobs will be required to pass Company designated qualification tests thirty-six (36) months after they are selected for training. Employees who do not meet or exceed the established minimum scores on the qualification tests will be retested in three (3) months. If any employees fail to pass their second qualification tests, they will be removed from training and will not be eligible to bid for training in mobile equipment operation at any time in the future.
Completion of Training. Den-Mat shall make a payment of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) to Remedent promptly after completion of training regarding the manufacturing equipment, as described on Schedule 10.2.

Completion of Training. Distributor shall cause all of its sales and technical support employees to successfully complete the appropriate Training courses described above within a reasonable period of time after the Effective Date. Courses will be held at times and locations announced by TEKBILT. Distributor acknowledges that Training may also be held at a geographically central location outside of Distributor's Territory. If no courses are scheduled within the time period required, the Distributor employee shall attend the next available course. Distributor shall pay all travel and living expenses of persons attending training course. Distributor may require at least one employee from each End User to complete successfully similar operations and technical training as described above, offered by Distributor.
Completion of Training. If a promotional position becomes available before Management has completed initial officer training due to an inadequate timeframe after a promotional test is given, then the first qualified employee shall be promoted into that position but shall complete the officer training within two (2) months. If the promoted employee fails to complete the officer training within two (2) months, then the employee will be demoted back to their prior position with the Dayton Fire Department. The two (2) month time frame to complete the officer training maybe extended by the Chief of Fire due to unforeseen circumstances during an employee’s probationary period (i.e., long term medical illness, military leave, etc.).

  • Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.
