Comprehensive Management Clause Samples

The Comprehensive Management clause establishes the responsibility of one party, typically a contractor or service provider, to oversee and coordinate all aspects of a project or service. This includes planning, organizing, supervising, and ensuring that all tasks and deliverables are completed according to agreed standards and timelines. For example, in a construction contract, the clause may require the contractor to manage subcontractors, procure materials, and handle scheduling.
