Common use of Compulsory Quarantine Clause in Contracts

Compulsory Quarantine. One half (0.5) sick leave day will be deducted from an Employee’s accrued total for all normal working days – exclusive of holidays as defined under Article 19 – that an Employee is absent from work due to a compulsory medical quarantine as prescribed by a medical officer for up to three (3) weeks in length.
