Computer Network. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands and agrees that no award funds shall be used to maintain or establish a computer network unless such network blocks the viewing, downloading, and exchange of pornography. Nothing in this section limits the use of funds for any Federal, State, tribal, or local law enforcement agency of any other entity carrying out criminal investigations, prosecution, or adjudication activities.
