Computer Problems Clause Samples

The 'Computer Problems' clause defines how issues related to computer systems, software, or electronic communications are handled within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of each party in the event of system failures, data loss, or technical disruptions, and may specify procedures for notification, remediation, or alternative methods of communication. This clause ensures that both parties are prepared for potential technological interruptions and clarifies liability, thereby minimizing disputes and maintaining the continuity of contractual obligations.

If the computer cannot be fixed immediately, the student will be issued a different computer to use on a temporary basis. • Do not attempt to remove or change the physical structure of the computer, including keys, screen cover or plastic casing.
