Computer program. Computer program" means a set of statements or instructions to be used directly or indirectly in an information processing system in order to bring about a certain result. [PL 1999, c. 762, §2 (NEW).]
Computer program. The terms "COMPUTER PROGRAM" and "COMPUTER PROGRAMS" include computer program, module, database manager, agent, proxy, socket, or any other software entity or collection of computer program instructions for causing a computer to perform a particular task.
