Common use of Computer Technician Clause in Contracts

Computer Technician. The normal work day for full-time Computer Technicians unless otherwise determined by the Board, shall be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with a total elapsed time including the unpaid lunch period not to exceed nine (9) consecutive hours. It is understood and agreed that the supervisor has the right to amend the working schedule to meet the needs of the school community and Board office, as required. For purposes of clarification school community shall be as defined in Board policy.

Computer Technician. The normal work day for a full-time Computer Technicians unless otherwise determined Technician shall be the same as for aides and shall be interrupted by an unpaid meal period of thirty (30) minutes. Two paid rest periods of ten (10) minutes may be taken by the Board, Computer Technician or the paid rest periods may be attached to the meal period as approved by the Computer Technician’s supervisor. The normal work year shall be scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with a total elapsed time including the unpaid lunch period not to exceed nine (9) consecutive hours.
