Common use of Concluding the contract Clause in Contracts

Concluding the contract. Pursuant to Art. 95 of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017, the contract is formalized by the notification to the chosen tenderer of the approval of his tender. Notification is by registered letter, by fax or by any other electronic means in as far, in the latter two cases, the content of the notification be confirmed within five calendar days by registered letter. So, the full contract agreement consists of a public contract awarded by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the chosen tenderer in accordance with the following documents, in the order of precedence: • these tender documents and the annexes. • the approved Best and Final Offer (BAFO) of the contractor and all of its annexes. • the notification of the award decision. • if any, minutes of the information session and/or clarifications and/or the addendum. • any later documents that are accepted and signed by both parties.
