Conditioned Loops Sample Clauses

Conditioned Loops. Sprint will condition loops at CLEC’s request. Conditioned loops are copper loops from which excessive bridge taps, load coils, low-pass filters, range extenders, load coils and similar devices have been removed to enable the delivery of high-speed wireline telecommunications capability, including DSL. Sprint will assess charges for loop conditioning in accordance with the prices listed in Attachment I. Conditioning charges apply to all loops irrespective of the length of the loop.
Conditioned Loops. 5.3.1 NEN may also require that the analog loops ordered above be conditioned in order for them to provide the end user service. Examples of this type of conditioning are: Type C, Type DA, and Improved C. The price for such conditioning shall be the applicable charge as provided in Appendix D, if available, or from the appropriate GTE intrastate special access tariff. 5.3.2 Digital loops ordered above will be conditioned to remove load coils and excessive bridge taps. The NRC for Loop Outside Facility Connection in Appendix D will apply when field work is required to perform such conditioning. 5.3.3 Upon NEN request and where available, digital loops may be provisioned in a manner that will allow for the transmission of digital signals required for ISDN and ADSL service without additional conditioning. Additional charges (e.g.Loop Line Extender) may apply for these digital loops.
Conditioned Loops. DTI may also require that the loops ordered above be conditioned in order for them to provide the end-user service. Examples of this type of conditioning are: Type C, Type DA, Improved C, Clear Channel, etc. The price for such a conditioned loops shall be the applicable charge as provided in the appropriate GTE intrastate special access tariff.
Conditioned Loops. MEBTEL may also require that the analog loops ordered above be conditioned in order for them to provide the end user service. Examples of this type of conditioning are: Type C, Type DA, and Improved C. The price for such conditioning shall be the applicable charge as provided in Appendix D, if available, or from the appropriate GTE intrastate special access tariff. 5.3.1 Upon MEBTEL request and where available, digital loops may be provisioned in a manner that will allow for the transmission of digital signals required for ISDN and ADSL service without additional conditioning. Additional charges (e.g. Mid-span Repeaters) may apply for these digital loops.
Conditioned Loops. DSL may also require that the loops ordered above be conditioned in order for them to provide the end user service. Examples of this type of conditioning are: Type C, Type DA, Improved C, Clear Channel, etc. The price for such a conditioned loops shall be the applicable charge as provided in the appropriate GTE intrastate special access tariff or, when applicable, in accordance with a BFR.
Conditioned Loops. NEWSOUTH may also require that the analog loops ordered above be conditioned in order for them to provide the end user service. Examples of this type of conditioning are: Type C, Type DA, and Improved C. The price for such conditioning shall be the applicable charge as provided in Appendix D, if available, or from the appropriate GTE intrastate special access tariff. 5.3.1 Upon NEWSOUTH request and where available, digital loops may be provisioned in a manner that will allow for the transmission of digital signals required for ISDN and ADSL service without additional conditioning. Additional charges (e.g. Mid- span Repeaters) may apply for these digital loops.
Conditioned Loops. Tallgrass may also require that the loops ordered above be conditioned in order for them to provide the end-user service. Examples of this type of conditioning are: Type C, Type DA, Improved C, Clear Channel, etc. The price for such conditioning of loops shall be the applicable charge as provided in the appropriate GTE intrastate special access tariff or, when applicable, shall be provided pursuant to a Bona Fide Request (? BFR? ) as described in Article 8,
Conditioned Loops. 4.3.1 ▇▇▇ may also require that analog loops ordered above be conditioned in order for them to provide the end-user service. Examples of this type of conditioning are: Type C, Type DA, Improved C, etc. The price for such conditioned loops shall be the applicable charge as provided in the appropriate GTE intrastate special access tariff. 4.3.2 Digital loops ordered above shall be provisioned to meet industry standard service levels for generally available digital services, such as ISDN or xDSL, without the requirement for ordering additional conditioning. ▇▇▇ must indicate on the order, via industry standard ordering codes, the service capability requested. Additional charges may apply for services such as deloading the cable pair or providing midspan repeaters.
Conditioned Loops. NT may also require that the loops ordered above be conditioned in order for them to provide the end user service.
NAS may also require that the analog loops ordered above be conditioned in order for them to provide the end user service. Examples of this type of conditioning are: Type C, Type DA, and Improved C. The price for such conditioning shall be the applicable charge as provided in Appendix D, if available, or from the appropriate GTE intrastate special access tariff. 5.3.1 Upon NAS request and where available, digital loops may be provisioned in a manner that will allow for the transmission of digital signals required for ISDN and ADSL service without additional conditioning. Additional charges (e.g. Mid-span Repeaters) may apply for these digital loops.
