Copper Loops Clause Samples

The Copper Loops clause defines the terms and conditions related to the provision, use, or maintenance of copper wire infrastructure used for telecommunications services. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding access to, repair of, or upgrades to copper loops, and may specify service levels or limitations on use.
