Conditions and Requirements. The applications should be presented using the Application Form for Joint Research and Development Projects appended to the Call. The official seal must accompany the signature of the Romanian partner. The deadline for submission is June 23, 2010 (launching date is May 3, 2010). The Romanian applicants should submit their proposals in Romanian and English language. The proposal should be submitted in both paper and electronic support (CD) version. The latest date foreseen for the start of the joint R&D projects is October 1, 2010. The duration of a project can be 24 or 36 months. An accepted project will be financed for the second/third year only on view of yearly reports (including financial sheet) and if the initial plan is respected. For the Romanian participants the total budget requested for a project cannot exceed 600 000 LEI for a project of 36 months or 400 000 LEI for a project of 24 months (maximum 200 000 LEI per year). Applications must be submitted in parallel to IFA - Romania and CEA - France, until June 23, 2010. Only jointly submitted proposals will be eligible for evaluation. An internal evaluation procedure (mark 0 to 5) of the proposals will be performed by each body according to the following criteria:
